Car Park Label For The Handicapped

From 1 April 2007, the Disability Information and Referral Centre managed by the Society of Moral Charities will be the sole administrator for the Car Park Label Scheme for the Handicapped.

As the Administrator of the scheme, we manage the scheme and issue the car park labels in accordance to guidelines and policies established by the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and the key stakeholders. We will also engage the NCSS in joint consultation when reviewing applications, if necessary.
