Integration Support

Integration Support programmes are services that provide a wide range of therapy, social assistance, educational, rehabilitation, recreation, social and support services for people with disabilities to maximise their opportunities to integrate and participate in the community.

  1. Special Student Care Centres

Special student care centres provide before and after school care service to children with special needs aged 7 to 18 years attending either mainstream or special education schools. They aim to provide a conducive learning and care environment for children with special needs. The centres also allow caregivers to remain in employment while their children are cared for in a safe environment outside of the schooling hours. Special student care centres provide before and after school care service with educational support as well as learning of social and life skills for independent living.
