Summary: RDA was founded in 1982. As a registered charity relying entirely on donations and run by volunteers, RDA provides free horse-riding lessons for the people with disability in Singapore for therapy. Adults and children with either intellectual or physical disabilities or both can participate. Riders come from several disabled schools, organisations or as individuals brought by their parents or guardians. Our horse-riding sessions aim to improve: balance movement, muscle tone, attention span, confidence, discipline, interaction and communication skills.
