The Disability Information & Referral Centre (DIRC) is a non-profit organization, run by the Society of Moral Charities and funded by the Ministry of Community Devlopment Youth and Sports (MCYS).

It is designed as a one-stop information and referral service that provides easy access to disability information & resources.

DIRC is also the central referral agency for:

Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children (EIPIC)
