All applicants must be recommended by a Volunteer Welfare Organisation (VWO) or a Hospital.

The amount of subsidy will be determined based on applicant's household information. Click the link below for more information.

2. Can I sell tissue papers in public?
 


Selling tissue papers are not allowed in public areas as this is a form of illegal hawking. The National Environment Agency (NEA) does not provide any permit or license to sell tissue papers.

NEA can be contacted at 1800-225 5632 if you have any queries or feedback on illegal hawking.

Parents could get information on qualified speech therapists via www.shas.org.sg. The website provides a list of speech therapy service providers from hospitals to private practices.

You can apply for a tax deduction for up to $100,000 for expenditure on building modifications for benefit of disabled employees. This is provided under Sec 14(H) of the Income Tax Act.
